COVID-19 Information Regarding Your Next Visit

For your next appointment:

If you’re having flu like symptoms such as fever, cough or shortness of breath, please call the office prior to arriving for your appointment
If you have been in close contact with someone confirmed to have COVID-19 or that is being evaluated for COVID-19, please call the office prior to arriving for your appointment
You MUST wear a mask to the office for your appointment
To limit patient traffic, at this time only the patient is allowed in our office – no one else may come into the office
